According to a source, Faragi Phillips can not be apart of the Memphis staff. Coach Phillips coached Lomax in AAU, which if he were to be added on as Director of player development or basketball operations, would be a NCAA violation. Unless Coach Phillips is named as one of Penny Hardaway’s main assistants, & that won’t happen. The plan was for Faragi to be head of basketball operations.
